About Us

The Friends of Poriya Hospital – Association is non-profit public registered association that was established in 1983. Our main purpose and goal is to assist The Baruch Padeh Medical Center, Poriya (Regional Government Hospital) in raising funds to develop services that will raise the level of health care for the surrounding peripheral region that we serve reliably and diligently throughout the year. The fundraising activities the Friends of Poriya promotes are in full cooperation with the medical needs and order of preference that is determined by the hospital's administration.

The Friends of Poriya Hospital monitors and processes all  contributions that are made in favor of the The Baruch Padeh Medical  Center, Poriya  and provides the donors with all the recognized documentation and evidence to assure them that the project has come about thanks to their generosity.   For over two decades the Friends of Poriya was able to upgrade and expand existing buildings and participate in construction projects of new building  while continuously raising  contribution towards essential medical equipment to provide additional medical services and upgrade existing services to meet the up and growing demands of the surrounding region  through generous Philanthropist and Foundations from Israel and Abroad.   We welcome you to become a part of our family and join in the continuous and endless strive in providing our beautiful peripheral  region with medical care and services equivalent to those given in central Israel that will ultimate raise our regions  quality of living.
